Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Operate and monitor ethylene cracking units to ensure optimal performance and product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime. Conduct start-up, shut-down, and turnarounds of cracking units safely and efficiently. Implement and optimize process parameters to improve yield, energy efficiency, and product quality. Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Analyze process data and generate reports to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices related to ethylene cracking.
