Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage pre-commissioning operations including cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, and drying. Prepare and review method statements, test procedures, and risk assessments. Plan manpower, resources, and equipment deployment. Ensure compliance with ASME / API / ISO standards and project specifications. Supervise engineers, supervisors, and site crews. Liaise with clients, QA/QC, and HSE to ensure project success. Review and approve reports, documentation, and test records.
