Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for leading the full operation and maintenance of a 1,980 MW CCGT power plant (Taiba 2) the Plant Manager will ensure readiness, compliance, staff management, and performance reporting under a 25-year PPA with SPPC, reporting directly to the O&M Board. Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities) Design Review, Construction and Commissioning period support to Owner. Ensure Operational Readiness before takeover from Owner/EPC. Staff Mobilization, training, and support of the O & M staff Establish plant policies and procedures and implement CMMS. Obtain all consents, permits, approvals and licenses. Search and selection of suppliers. Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies. Lead and oversee operation and maintenance of the Power Plant adhering to HSE and /p> & M Agreement. Develop and manage the Annual and Long-term Operating Plan and ensure reliability, profitability and operational efficiency.
